Marta has an aunt that lives in qathet, near Lund and she gave birth to her baby here. So, even though she works in the North West Territories, is marrying a Norwegian and lives in Norway, qathet was the perfect destination wedding location.
It was a small wedding with only Marta’s family and their son was part of the church ceremony at the St. David & St. Paul’s Anglican Church.
After the ceremony we did family portraits in front of the church and while the family enjoyed a picnic, the bride and groom and I went to the Willingdon Trail for some couple’s portraits.
The couple wanted some forest and beach photos and this location has the best of both. I liked their casual boho look, with linen and garden flower bouquet, they suited the backdrop well.
